The monthly WMU meeting is Monday, May 14th, at 1 p.m. All ladies of the church are invited to attend.

YOUTH Adult Ministry, Ages 18-33, meets each Sunday at 9 a.m. for fellowship and Bible Study. Please see Doug or Susan Littrel for questions.

The Tuesday Morning Ladies Bible Study and Prayer Group will be taking a summer break from study starting May 29th and returning September 4th. The ladies will continue to meet for prayer time through the summer. All ladies are invited to join in prayer for the summer.

Today at 5 p.m. is the monthly Church council meeting.

After the AWANA awards tonight everyone is invited to join us for cookies and drinks in the fellowship hall.

All ladies of the church are invited to a baby shower for Angelia Mitchell on Saturday, May 12th, at 2 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Angelia is registered at Walmart and Target. See Vicki Buescher or Kathy Monnig for questions.

We will be having a baby dedication on Sunday, May 13th, Mother’s Day, for those that would like to dedicate their babies or young children. For questions, or to dedicate your baby that day, please contact Kathy at the church office at

There will be a YOUTH fundraiser lunch this morning after the a.m. service to raise funds for their mission trip this summer to Nebraska.

All ladies of the church are invited to a baby shower for Angelia Mitchell on Saturday, May 12th, at 2 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Angelia is registered at Walmart and Target. See Vicki Buescher or Kathy Monnig for questions.

We have available a block of tickets. The cost is $60 ($5 off the regular priced ticket) and we will have seats reserved for our Converge Church group. Please make your reservation with Judy Leahr. Payment must be made when reservation is made. (Please make checks out to Pleasant View Baptist Church (or PVBC) with “Living Proof Live” on the memo line.) All reservations are
non-refundable, but are transferrable to another person if you cannot attend.

Annie Armstrong Offering — The FBC goal for the Annie ArmstrongEaster Offering is $1,200. ($1,060 has been given to date) 100% of the offering goes to support missions. Will you join in the work of our Southern Baptist missionaries and carry those who need Jesus into His presence, no matter the cost? Can you help us meet our goal?
